Terms of service

This website provides information about the courses, faculty, facilities, and admission process at NAME Education Butwal. By using it, you agree to these terms.

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

We work to keep course details, schedules, and results accurate and current. Schedules, fees, and batch availability can change; the campus office is the authoritative source at any given time.

Results published on this site are the institute's own records of entrance selections. They describe past outcomes and are not a promise of any individual result.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a seat, a batch reservation, or any contractual obligation. Admission is confirmed only when the admission form is completed and accepted at the campus.

Fees, discounts, and scholarship terms are as stated by the campus office at the time of admission.

The content of this website, and the study materials, question banks, and mock-test papers produced by the institute, belong to NAME. They may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

This site links to the NAME learning platform, the Android app listing, the head-office website, and mapping and social media services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services.

This website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, the institute is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published here where the campus office has more current information available.
